What’s included
Identity, websiteand presence
Your proposal lists exactly what’s included, page by page and item by item, before anything starts.
- 01
Identity
A logo in the versions you’ll use (full, compact, light and dark backgrounds), a colour palette, typefaces, and a one-page guide that ties them together. Supplied as vector and web-ready files.
- 02
Website
The pages your customers need to understand you and get in touch, designed for phones first, with a clear enquiry or booking route. We can build and launch it for you, or hand the designs to your own developer; you choose in the proposal. Either way, we recommend a platform you can update yourself.
- 03
Presence
Your LinkedIn page and, where eligible, Google Business Profile set up to match, social images, search and sharing settings, and the legal details UK companies must show online. Google Business Profiles generally require in-person customer contact; online-only businesses aren’t eligible. We check the eligibility requirements before including one in your scope.
- 04
Handover
All files and logins in your name, a short walkthrough of how to update the site, and a launch checklist so nothing gets forgotten.
How it works
From first callto launch day
Tell us your launch date and we’ll plan back from it. Your proposal sets out the dates for each stage.
- Stage 1
Brief
A conversation about your business, your customers and what you want them to do. We write it up as a short brief for you to approve.
- Stage 2
Identity
Logo and brand directions to choose from, then one refined with you into the final set.
- Stage 3
Website
Page designs built from the brief and your new identity, reviewed with you, then built and tested on phones and computers.
- Stage 4
Launch
Profiles set up, search and sharing checked, the site goes live, and we hand everything over.
Is it the right fit?
One partnerfor your launch
You’ll work directly with Marian Cozma throughout: one person who understands brand, websites and how they’re built.
Good fit if
You’re launching a new business or relaunching an existing one, you have a launch date in mind, and you want one partner for your identity and website.
Regulated sectors
Financial advice, legal and healthcare businesses have to show certain information online. We plan those disclosures into the site from the start, alongside your compliance adviser.
Not a fit if
You need a large online shop, ongoing marketing or a high volume of content. We can scope those separately. Running an established product with UX problems? See the UX Audit.

Getting started
Tell us whatyou’re launching
What the business does, who your customers are and when you want to launch. That’s all we need for a first conversation.
Plan your launchA fixed scope, a launch plan and a written proposal before anything starts.
Common questions
Will I be able to update the website myself?
If that’s what you need, yes. We’ll recommend a platform you can edit without a developer, and show you how at handover.
Who owns the website, domain and files?
You do. Accounts are set up in your business’s name and all design files are handed over at the end.
Do you write the words?
We shape the structure and the key messages with you, and edit your copy so it reads clearly. If you need everything written from scratch, we’ll include it in the proposal.
Do you build the website?
Yes, if you’d like us to. We can design, build and launch the site for you. If you already have a developer, we hand over the designs and support them instead.
Launching in three months. Is that realistic?
Often, yes, if we start soon and decisions are made promptly. Tell us your date on the first call and we’ll confirm what’s achievable.
