01 / Information
Privacy notice
How we handle enquiries and your information.
The business responsible
CMARC IT SOLUTIONS LTD (company 10233258), trading as Aventropy, is responsible for the personal information described here. For privacy questions or requests, email [email protected].
Your enquiries
An enquiry may include your name, work email, organisation and project details. We use it to respond and discuss potential work. The website prepares an email in your email app; it does not submit the brief to a website database. Please avoid confidential or sensitive personal information in an initial enquiry.
Your choices on this site
The site stores your privacy preference in this browser. Theme, motion and reading choices are stored when you select them. This storage is used to remember the experience you request, not to build a marketing profile. The cookie notice lists the keys and durations.
Website analytics
On https://aventropy.com, we use Google Analytics 4 only if you enable Analytics. Our legal basis for this optional measurement is your consent. It helps us understand page visits, which services attract interest and whether visitors choose an email, telephone or booking link. A contact-link click is an expression of interest, not proof that an enquiry was sent or a booking completed. Analytics never runs on other copies of this site, such as local previews.
Information sent to Google
After consent, Google receives online identifiers and technical information needed for measurement, including browser/device and visit information. We send page paths, selected non-personal campaign labels and fixed service/contact categories. Our code strips query strings and fragments from page and referring URLs and does not send enquiry text, email drafts, names or contact details. Automatic enhanced measurement is off. Google Signals, user-provided data collection and advertising personalisation are off; granular location/device collection is disabled.
Provider and retention
The Analytics service is provided by Google Ireland Limited under Google’s data-processing terms. Google may process information outside the UK, including in the US, using the transfer arrangements described in those terms. See Google’s processing terms and privacy policy, including how Google uses information from sites that use its services. We have set both user-level and event-level retention to two months, with reset on new activity off. This setting does not limit aggregated standard reports. Analytics cookies are configured for up to 180 days; see the cookie notice.
Marketing
No advertising, remarketing or social tracking tags are installed. Google Ads is not linked. Any future optional provider will be described and require a fresh, specific choice before activation. Your existing choice does not authorise unspecified future services.
Search visibility
Google Search Console provides reports about how a website appears in Google Search, including search queries, impressions, clicks and indexing. It is separate from Google Analytics. Ownership verification using a DNS record or HTML token does not add a visitor tracking script or store information in your browser. It does not enable analytics or advertising on this website.
Hosting and external services
DigitalOcean App Platform hosts this website and uses Cloudflare for content delivery and security. These services process technical information, including IP addresses and request information, to deliver the website and help prevent automated abuse. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in operating a secure, reliable website. Cloudflare’s security cookie is described in the cookie notice below.
Hosting and security information may be processed outside the UK, including in the US. The providers describe their processing and transfer safeguards in DigitalOcean’s data-processing agreement and Cloudflare’s privacy policy. Our email provider processes the messages you send us under its data-processing terms. Booking links open Cal.com rather than an embedded booking form.
Booking a conversation
If you book through our Cal.com link, we receive the contact details, meeting details and answers you provide so we can arrange the conversation and respond to your enquiry. We handle that information for the enquiry purposes and retention periods described below. Cal.com also processes information through its service; see Cal.com’s privacy notice. Please avoid confidential or sensitive personal information in booking answers.
Use and retention
We use enquiry information to reply to you, consider a possible engagement and administer agreed work. Our legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries, or taking steps at your request before entering into a contract, and then performing that contract. We keep enquiries that don’t lead to work for up to 12 months, and engagement records for as long as we need them for contractual, tax and accounting purposes, normally six years after the engagement ends.
Your rights
Depending on the circumstances, you may request access, correction, erasure, restriction or portability, or object to processing. Where consent applies, you may withdraw it. Contact [email protected] to exercise your rights. You can also raise a concern with the Information Commissioner’s Office.
02 / Information
Cookie notice
What this site stores, and the choices you control.
What is active now
This website remembers your chosen preferences and uses essential hosting security cookies. Google Analytics 4 runs on https://aventropy.com only after you explicitly accept Analytics. No advertising or other optional tracking vendors are installed. This notice covers cookies and similar browser storage, including local storage.
Google Search Console
Search Console ownership verification and search-performance reporting are separate from the optional visitor analytics below. A DNS record or HTML verification token does not set cookies or read browser storage. No Search Console consent category is needed for these verification methods, and verification does not turn on Google Analytics.
Your privacy choice
av-consent-v1 stores your selected categories, the notice/configuration version and the time of your choice. The site disregards and removes an expired record on your next visit after 180 days. It asks again when the configured provider or notice version changes. No future provider receives consent from an earlier choice.
Theme, motion and reading
av-theme remembers a Light or Dark choice. Selecting System removes that choice and follows your device. av-motion-paused remembers an explicit motion choice. av-display-v1 remembers your selected text size, higher contrast, spacing and underlined links. These preferences remain until you change them or clear this site’s browser data. They are not used for analytics. If browser storage is unavailable, choices apply to the current page only.
Optional analytics
Provider: Google Ireland Limited, using Google Analytics 4 for Aventropy. Purpose: measure visits, service interest and contact-link use. The Google tag and measurement requests are blocked before opt-in, including cookieless measurement pings. Copies of the site on other addresses keep analytics inactive. Rejecting Analytics does not prevent use of this website.
Analytics cookies
_ga stores a pseudonymous browser identifier to distinguish visitors. _ga_Q2YKV0DLV9 stores session state for this website’s measurement stream. Both are first-party analytics cookies and are configured to expire after up to 180 days, without extending expiry on each visit. Browser restrictions or clearing your data may remove them earlier. A new cookie may be created after expiry if consent is still valid. Neither cookie is necessary to use the site. Google’s script is served from googletagmanager.com and sends consented measurement to Google Analytics endpoints; it is not an advertising tag.
Change your mind
to review your choices. Rejecting optional tools will stop any configured analytics and remove accessible first-party Google Analytics cookies. The page may reload to unload a previously enabled tag. Withdrawing consent does not undo data already sent while consent was active.
Essential hosting security
Cloudflare, used by our DigitalOcean hosting service, sets __cf_bm to distinguish automated traffic and help protect the website from abusive bots. It contains encrypted information used for this security check and expires after 30 minutes of continuous inactivity. It is an essential security cookie, not an analytics or advertising cookie, and is not switched off by rejecting optional Analytics. See Cloudflare’s cookie information.

Email and Cal.com links open external services governed by their own notices.

Working together
Descriptions are a starting point for discussion. Scope, timing, fees, deliverables and responsibilities are agreed separately in writing. Enquiring through this site does not create a service contract.
Case studies and experience
Our case studies describe work delivered by Aventropy’s founder, Marian Cozma, during previous employment and contract roles. They are presented by industry: client names and identifying project details are withheld, and no confidential material is shown.
Organisations listed under “Our founder’s experience includes” are past employers or clients of the founder in those roles. They are not Aventropy clients and do not endorse this business. Each case study states its delivery status; research findings and past results are not promises of future performance.
Names, marks and materials
Third-party names, marks and materials belong to their respective owners. References identify relevant prior experience and do not indicate partnership or affiliation. Original Aventropy materials may not be presented as your own. Third-party fonts are used under their open licences, which are included with this site’s assets.
External sites
External websites have their own terms and privacy practices. Use our contact channels lawfully and do not send third-party confidential information without permission.
Accuracy and your rights
We aim to keep the site accurate and useful, but content and availability may change. Confirm project details with us before relying on them. Nothing here excludes rights or liabilities that cannot lawfully be excluded.
