Who does the work
Every engagement ledby our founder
Every engagement is led and delivered by our founder, Marian Cozma: more than ten years in product design, a background in front-end engineering, and contract and permanent roles in banking, pensions, telecoms, enterprise technology, recruitment and automotive.
Senior-led delivery
The person on your first call leads the work through to the final walkthrough, without account managers or handovers.
Focused capacity
We take on a small number of engagements at a time, so reviews and deliverables land when we say they will.
Specialists, by agreement
If a project needs another specialist, such as a user researcher, we tell you who and why in the proposal. They work under the same confidentiality terms.
About our founder
Marian’s full background, CV and colleague feedback are on mcozma.com and LinkedIn.
Confidentiality and data
How we protectyour materials
Our experience comes from regulated environments: investment and corporate banking, pensions and telecoms. These are our defaults; your contract terms take precedence.
NDA first
We sign your NDA, or provide ours, before you share access, documents or data.
Test data, not live data
We review products using test environments and demo accounts with realistic, non-personal data. We don’t need access to live customer records.
Your environment, if you prefer
We can work on your laptop, virtual desktop or accounts, so materials never leave your systems.
Return or deletion
At the end of an engagement we return or delete the material you shared, as agreed in the scope.
Recordings with permission
We only record sessions when you agree, and recordings are kept only for the engagement.
Supplier onboarding
We complete supplier forms and security questionnaires, and work within your purchase-order process.
How engagements run
Scope and schedule,agreed in writing
Every service has a defined scope and schedule. You can see them in full on each service page.
Scope before work
Deliverables, review points, responsibilities, timing and fee are agreed in writing before anything starts.
Clear schedules
We agree a schedule before each engagement. See how we work for the stages and timings.
If dates move
If anything affects a date, on either side, we say so straight away and agree a new plan with you in writing.
UK-based, remote-first
We work with teams across the UK and beyond. Live sessions are booked in advance; between them, feedback is written, usually within one working day.
Continuity
If illness or anything unexpected affects an engagement, we tell you the same day, pause the schedule and agree new dates in writing. Your work is never passed to anyone you haven’t approved.
