Need priorities?
The UX Audit reviews one critical flow in two weeks, with a walkthrough on day 10 and one round of follow-up questions.
See the audit scheduleHow we work
A defined scope, agreed review points and a clear handover, all confirmed in writing before work begins. Every engagement is led by our founder, Marian Cozma.
The process
The same four stages run through every engagement, scaled to its size. If new evidence changes the picture, we revisit earlier decisions with you.
We review the product, available evidence and business context. We separate what is known about the experience from what still needs research.
The outcomeAn agreed focus and a clear account of the available evidence.
Access to the product, relevant evidence and the people closest to the problem.
We agree the problem to address, make the trade-offs visible and define what the engagement needs to deliver.
The outcomeA focused brief, agreed priorities and a clear plan for the next stage.
Business priorities, technical constraints and an accountable decision-maker.
We make the recommendations tangible: two or three design directions for an audit, or detailed flows and a clickable prototype for Complex Workflow Design.
The outcomeThe agreed design directions or prototype, with the reasoning behind the decisions.
Timely feedback, product expertise and access to users where research is included.
Your team receives the agreed work and the reasoning behind it. An audit ends with findings and a walkthrough; Complex Workflow Design includes the detail needed to plan implementation.
The outcomeThe agreed findings or design files, a walkthrough and practical next-step recommendations.
Delivery ownership, engineering collaboration and a plan to learn after launch.

See the audit scheduleIf the problem is already understood, start with Complex Workflow Design. An audit isn’t a prerequisite.
See workflow designThe working relationship
The scope changes with the engagement. The way we work with you doesn’t.
The workflow, deliverables, review points, timing, fee and who decides on your side, agreed in writing. Research, development and ongoing support are scoped explicitly.
Live sessions are booked in advance. Between them you get written feedback, usually within one working day, and short recorded walkthroughs, so nothing waits on a meeting.
You receive the agreed files and guidance, with a walkthrough and a record of the decisions, so the reasoning stays with your team.
